Activate Account

When you decide to join Jordanstown Schools as a past pupil or a past member of staff you must activate your login by following these simple steps:

Check your email account, the one you provided when signing up

Look in you inbox for an email sent from the school

Open the email and read the information given

There is a link in the email which you must follow in order to activate your account

Once you have click on the link, that's it. You account is Activated.

Still having problems?

If you find the link in your email is broken, simply copy the whole link into the browser address bar and click the go button or use the enter key

Once your account is activated

You will be able to login and change your information (comments about yourself, your photo or audio)

You will be able to leave others comments and use the forum

You will be able to send private messages to other users

If you don't activate your account

You won't see your information in the appropriate sections

You won't be able to login and change your details

You won't be able to leave comments or use the forum
